UCTV youtube 재생목록이 틀어놓기에 좋다.

샤워할 때, 틀어놓는다.

소리도 적당히 크다.

화질이 그다지 좋지 않은 것이 많지만, 화면을 잘 안볼 땐 상관이 없다.

같은 주제에 비슷한 얘기가 너무 많이 나오는 것이 단점.

광고가 좀 많은 것은 단점.

비만과 음식, 영양에 대해서 대부분 얘기하는 게 비슷하다.

sugar 중독에 대한 얘기가 제일 중요한 것 같다.

그런데, 대충 보다 보면, 계속 겉돌다가 남는 게 없고 만다.

결론에 대해서 좀 강하게 얘기해주면 좋은데, 너무 과정에 대해서 장황하게 설명하는 게 많다.

당 중독에 대해서 머릿 속에 남는 게 없네.

나쁘다는 것인지, 얼마나 나쁘다는 것인지.

과당 중독에 대해서 배우다가 알콜 중독에 대해서 신기한 것을 배웠다.

알콜 중독이 술에 의해 알딸딸한 기분이 되는 것에 중독되는 것이라고 생각했었는데, 그런게 아닐 수도 있겠다.

과당, 알콜 모두 에너지원인데, 필요로 하지 않았던 에너지원이다. 그 이유때문에 같은 이유로 중독 되는 것일지도 모르겠다.

아래 것은 학문적인 가치는 없다.

하나의 기행문. 그냥 TV program. 수다 듣기.

비만인 당뇨병 환자가 뭘 해야 하는지 결론만 가르쳐 주니까 좋다.

영양 섭취, 라이프스타일, 운동, 약 등.
