주장에 약점을 줄이는 방법

discounting 단점을 미리 터놓기 그래도 좋다고 말하기

신문 기사를 함께 읽으면서 어떤 arguementative move를 사용했는지 함께 찾아 본다. 논설문 작문 공부도 되겠다.

논리 proposition 설명이라서 이제 지겹다. 너무 많이 들었던 거라서.

실제 병리와 관련이 있는 후반부가 매우 재미 있지만, 앞부분 anatomy를 잘 배워 놓아야 이해하기가 쉽다. 용어 등을 알아야 하니까.
상세하고 신속하게 잘 가르쳐 준다. 기본적인 자료를 사용하지만, 매우 충실하고 효과적이다.
영어 단어(용어)에 대한 설명도 친절하게 해 준다.
전체적으로 최고다. 120점.
week 7, 8, 9는 TA 선생님이 강의.
강의 시간이 길지는 않지만, 한 번 들어서 다 기억하는 것은 불가능하다.
어려운 단어도 많다.

병리에 대해서 배우니까 더 재미 있다. 그런데, 앞부분 공부를 잘 해 놔야 이 부분도 잘 이해할 수 있다.
Week 8 - Rheumatology
류마티스 관절염 등 관절염 공부

약이 겨우 진통제네. ibuprofen, aspirin
증상이 심하면, 면역 조절하는 약을 투여하는데, 그러면, 면역이 약해져서 쉽게 다른 병에 감염된다는 부작용이 있다.
골관절염도 무섭다. 관절을 오래 쓰면 결국 걸리나 보다. 운동 선수들의 조심하기.
무리하지 말아야지.
엉덩이, 무릎에 증상이 심하면, 기구를 넣는다.
피부에 살고 있는 박테리아가 joint에 들어가면, 썩나 보다. 심하게 다치면, 안으로 균이 들어가기도 하나 보다.
애완동물이나 사람이 물어도 균이 침입할 수도 있다.
조금만 움직여도 엄청 아프다.
요산 때문에 아픈 경우는, 밥을 많이 먹거나, 술을 먹을 때 발생. alcohol이 오줌 방출?을 방해한다?
red meat, shellfish, dried beans, mushrooms, asparagus, alcohol이 안 좋다.
colchicine 약에 특허가 걸려 있어서 엄청 비싸다.

손가락을 가를 때 apotopsis가 일어나는데, 잘못되면, 팔이 아예 없어진다. amelia
